It’s a real thrill to meet with an actual animator and to have a character drawn right in front of your eyes! You’ll get a chance to try your hand at animating a bit later in the tour…

Even through the animators aren’t there anymore (having been relocated to California), it’s still quite interesting to see the studios were some recent Disney films were created (most notably Mulan!).

Be sure to visit the Animation Gallery to see replicas of all the Academy Awards won by Disney animators, as well as concept sketches and animation cels from many of the classic films.
