Debuting a few months after the opening of the Disney's Hollywood Studios, the
Indiana Jones Stunt Spectacular was inspired by the Indians Jones series of
films (particularly Raiders of the Lost Ark) created by George Lucas and
Steven Spielberg. The live-action spectacular was soon joined by Star Tours, itself inspired by another George Lucas film that also enjoyed some success!
