The Sorcerer’s
Hat, as well as the stylized ears it rests
on, are specially designed to change colors
and shimmer as you walk around the outside!
The effect was accomplished by using a specially
formulated paint called chameleon paint.
Additionally, the ears make use of an
effect dubbed Light Ribbons to make them
sparkle.
The Sorcerer’s
Hat is 100 feet tall (and has a whopping
hat measurement of 605 7/8!).
