The theater is actually modeled after the theater that was seen on "The Muppet Show".

Because some of the elements of the show are actually live (such as the bubbles that descend from the ceiling while Fozzie Bear blows bubbles onscreen), the show is sometimes referred to as Jim Henson's MuppetVision 4D!
