As you enter World Showcase from Future World, head to the right. Japan is the fifth pavilion you'll encounter as you go counter-clockwise around World Showcase lagoon (it will be the seventh pavilion if you tour clockwise). You can also take the Friendship boat launch across World Showcase lagoon (head to the dock on the right as you enter World Showcase), the Japan pavilion will then be on your left as you disembark.
