The versions of Dumbo in Disneyland and Disneyland Paris feature water elements in the center. The reason there are none in the Magic Kingdom version is due to the utilidors that run directly underneath the attraction, preventing the installation of any water piping.

Timothy Q. Mouse isn't the only character from the film to appear with Dumbo. Look for the stork that delivered the baby elephant among the ornamentation circling the central pillar.
