Peter Pan’s Flight is one of the more popular attractions in Fantasyland, and the queue line weaves back and forth around the corner of the building. On moderately busy days wait times can easily run to 45 minutes or an hour. Because the queue line is cramped and moves very slowly, you’ll want to avoid spending any significant time waiting (especially if you have little ones in tow).

The best way to avoid a long wait is to use FastPass. While you’re waiting for your FastPass time to arrive, you can usually tour the less crowded attractions in Fantasyland such as “it’s a small world” or Snow White’s Scary Adventures.

Alternatively, you can try to visit early in the morning or during a parade or show to avoid a long wait.

Interestingly, even though Peter Pan’s Flight is open during Extra Magic Hours, its line lengths are often still long, due to the nearby Mickey’s Philharmagic show. You’re best bet is to try and time your arrival well after the Philharmagic show lets out to let the crowd disperse or to try it later on in the evening.

Peter Pan’s Flight is quite charming but very short. Keep that in mind as you contemplate the time you’ll have to wait. If lines are longer than 20 minutes you’ll definitely want to take advantage of the strategies listed above to maximize your enjoyment of this classic attraction.

Although it’s possible to squeeze two adults and a small child into one car, it’s usually better to split up so one adult rides alone.
