Near the entrance, look closely at the tree trunks to find a Hidden Mickey lurking in the bark (it's the fourth tree from the end as you approach the turnstile).

Look closely (and quickly!) at the toy blocks on the floor in the nursery (they're to your right). One set spells out "Disney" and the other "PPan".

The weather vane on the attraction building has Captain Hook's pirate ship on the top!
