The unexpected method of travel (flying through the air rather than riding along a track) is refreshingly different, particularly for first-time riders.
There are a few gentle banks here and there, but you don't move very fast.
As one of the famed Dark Rides, Peter Pan's Flight flies you past scenes that seem to magically glow in the dark. Especially enchanting is the flight over London, where you can actually see teeny tiny cars driving through the streets!
Not much to be concerned about except for a gentle turn here and there. The unfamiliarity of flying through the air merits an additional star, but it's a very gentle ride.
Peter Pan's Flight is extremely popular, and it's usually the busiest attraction in Fantasyland (with the possible exception of the Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh). The queue line is usually very slow and wraps back and forth along the side of the attraction. FastPass is highly recommended, see Touring Tips for other suggestions on beating the crowds.
Peter Pan's Flight lasts about 3 minutes.

One of the original "dark rides" at the Magic Kingdom, Peter Pan's Flight is a magical, relaxing trip that brings one of the most beloved of all Disney films to life.
