| In a bizarre connection
between The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh and
Mr. Toad's Wild Ride (the original attraction at
this location), A. A. Milne, the creator of Winnie
the Pooh, produced a play in 1929 called "Toad of
Toad Hall". The play was based on Kenneth Grahame's
"The Wind in the Willows", which was itself the inspiration
for Mr. Toad's Wild Ride! |
