The attention to detail in the building facades and interiors is meticulous. Main Street is especially beautiful at night when darkness falls and every building is outlined in brilliant white lights. There is no sight quite as spectacular as Cinderella Castle towering majestically over the end of Main Street. When you see that (especially for the first time), you know you're in a magical place like no other on Earth.
Main Street can get be quite crowded since it's the entryway to the Magic Kingdom (though check out the Touring Tips for some ways to navigate the street more quickly-if you need to, that is!). Additionally, Main Street is the prime viewing area for the nightly fireworks and parades. And, since this is shopping central at the Magic Kingdom, the stores are often filled with folks looking for that perfect souvenir (but remember that there's lots of stores to choose from).
You can spend as much time on Main Street as you'd like, whether you're shopping, grabbing a snack or passing on through.

Many people walk through Main Street as fast as they can in order to get to the headliner attractions.
Don't! Main Street is filled with wonderful details and tucked away treasures, take time to explore and discover the magic for yourself.
