a Dream Come True Parade
Each snow globe has its own name and tells a special
story featuring some of your favorite Disney characters.
The floats also make periodic stops along the parade
route to interact with guests.
“It Was All Started By a Mouse”
This snow globe features the star of the show, Mickey
Mouse himself, accompanied by eleven sculpted figures
representing the evolution of Mickey throughout the
years. You’ll see Mickey as he appeared in such
films as Steamboat Willie, The Brave Little Tailor,
Plane Crazy, Mickey and the Beanstalk, and Mickey’s
Christmas Carol. And of course you’ll see Mickey
in his most famous role; that of the Sorcerer’s
Apprentice in Fantasia. Mickey is joined on the float
by many of his friends including Minnie Mouse and Goofy.
Stops: The Liberty Bell in Liberty Square, the front
of Cinderella Castle, Casey's Corner, the Emporium, and
the Fire Station
“Wish Upon a Star”
This float celebrates the early films of Walt Disney.
Pinocchio is the featured character in this nostalgic

Little Known Facts
Each of the snow globes featured in the Share a Dream
Come True parade is eight feet in diameter and constructed
of 400 pounds of acrylic material (the same kind used
for the windshields of jet fighters!). A company called
Custom Plastics in British Columbia created each one
of the globes by heating the material in a forced-air
oven. Each snow globe was secured in a large ring and
blown up like an enormous soap bubble.
Some of the floats feature their own special effects
in addition to the strobe lights, fog and snow common
to all the globes. For example, the Evil Queen from Snow
White transforms into the Old Witchs right before your
eyes, and Aladdin’s magic carpet actually flies
around inside its globe. Additionally, if you have a
Magical Moments pin, it will interact with the parade
at special moments.
The parade music was recorded by members of the London
Symphony Orchestra and the Royal Philharmonic.
The parade features an ensemble of 110 Cast Members.
In addition to the performers, this number includes the
float drivers and coordinators.
