| As you're seated in
the teleportation center, a bar lowers
over your head to rest on your shoulders
(this is so that some of the audio
and other effects create the maximum
level of realism). Combine this with
the darkness, the alien setting and
the spooky light, and you end up with
a presentation that can be a bit frightening,
especially for younger children. Fortunately,
everyone's favorite space critter,
Stitch, is on hand to provide some
comic relief. |

 |
| Once you're seated in
the teleportation center, a dizzying
array of special effects brings Stitch
(and his accompanying mayhem) to life.
Loud noises, shifting lights and other
sensory effects (some of which are
on the, er, smelly side!) create a
chaotic show full of unexpected surprises.
The preshow also features some spectacular
effects, including an incredibly detailed
Animatronic robot charged with overseeing
your training. |

 |
| Stitch draws moderate
to large crowds, though at slower times
during the day you may be able to walk
right into the next show. |

|
 |
 |
| The entire show lasts
about 12 minutes. |

As the newest attraction in Tomorrowland,
Stitch's Great Escape is a lighter, more humorous version
of Alien Encounter (the attraction it replaced). Stitch brings
his one of a kind mayhem to Tomorrowland in this theater
presentation that's unlike any that you've ever seen (dare
we say it's out of this world...?). |
