Look for an ice cream stand across from Donald's Boat. When it's closed, the pulled down screen has a black-and-white cow pattern with a Hidden Mickey as one of the spots.

You can also find Hidden Mickeys lining the upper edge of all of the merchandise carts in Mickey's Toontown Fair.
