The BoardWalk Villas are one of the five Disney Vacation Club resorts at Walt Disney World. The beautifully themed villas are part of the BoardWalk Inn complex, and share all of the same amenities (pools, restaurants, recreations and so forth). While the Villas are primarily for Disney Vacation Club members, anyone is welcome—you don't need to be a Vacation Club member to stay there (villas can be rented subject to availability). The Boardwalk Villas are elegantly styled in the manner of an early 1900s beach resort, and are filled with lots of quaint, nostalgic touches.

In terms of walking distance to both Epcot and the Disney-MGM Studios, the BoardWalk Villas are the most conveniently located of all the Epcot resorts. Walking out the front of the Boardwalk Villas and turning right leads you to a short five minute stroll to the International Gateway of Epcot. You'll also find a path out the back of the Villas that follows the boat canal to the Disney-MGM Studios.
The BoardWalk itself is festive place filled with restaurants, shops, carnival games and entertainment. You can rent a bicycle or surrey and ride all the way around Crescent Lake. You can even watch Illuminations (a favorite viewing spot is the bridge that crosses over the boat canal).
The BoardWalk Villas (and BoardWalk Inn) are home to a wonderfully magical pool, Luna Park. Reminiscent of a 1920s amusement park, the pool features a great water slide called Keister Coaster that resembles an old-fashioned wooden roller coaster.

Studios come with one queen bed, a double sleeper sofa, and a private balcony or patio.

Studio with Daybed includes everything in the Studio room plus a five-foot daybed.

A one-bedroom villa has a king-sized bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private balcony or patio.

Two-Bedroom Villas is a Studio Villa and a One-Bedroom Villa that are connected with a communicating door.

The Grand Villa is a three bedroom, three bath Villa featuring a master bedroom suite with a king-sized bed and private whirlpool tub, two other bedrooms which each include two queen-sized beds and a private bathroom, a living room with a queen-sized sleeper sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and a private balcony.

Magic Kingdom
Bus (you'll usually make additional stops at the Yacht Club and Beach Club).
If you're up for an adventure, you can also walk to Epcot, exit through the front of the park and take the monorail to the Ticket and Transportation Center. From there you can transfer to the Magic Kingdom monorail to complete your trip! You can also board the resort monorail and visit the Grand Floridian, Polynesian and Contemporary Resorts.
Epcot
You're just a few minutes away from Epcot by foot. You can also take a boat that makes continual round trips to the Yacht and Beach Clubs, the Swan and Dolphin, and finally Epcot (walking is MUCH quicker, however).
Disney-MGM Studios
Boats are on hand to take you to the Disney-MGM Studios. Like the Epcot boats, the boats for the Studios also stop at the Swan-Dolphin and the Yacht and Beach Clubs.
You can also walk to the Disney-MGM Studios on the path behind the Boardwalk Inn. The path is about a mile long and follows the boat canal (if the weather is nice and you don't mind the exercise it's a very pleasant and peaceful way to get to the Studios).
Animal Kingdom
Bus (you'll usually make additional stops at the Yacht Club and Beach Club).
Other Destinations
Buses provide transportation to the water parks and Downtown Disney. You can walk (or take a boat) to the Yacht Club, Beach Club, Swan and Dolphin resorts.
