The All Star Resorts (Movies, Music, and Sports) offer the best value of all the Walt Disney World Resorts. Even though the rates are much lower than the other Disney resorts, guests will still get to enjoy all of the amenities of other resort guests, including bus transportation throughout Walt Disney World, the ability to charge purchases to your room, package delivery from the theme parks to the resort gift shop, and last but not least, that classic Disney attention to detail.

If you're a fan of Disney movies (and who isn't?), you'll have a great time at All Star Movies. The buildings are each themed around a different movie:

101 Dalmatians features a 40-foot-tall Pongo and 35-foot-tall Perdita near the entrance

Toy Story is home to a giant Buzz Lightyear figure

Fantasia features giant sorcerer's hats, spell books, brooms and buckets

The Mighty Ducks building sports giant hockey sticks, goalie nets and the familiar duck-shaped goalie mask

Herbie: The Love Bug is home to a giant version of the famous VW beetle

You'll find hockey rink inspired pool in The Mighty Ducks area. In the Fantasia area, you can join Sorcerer Mickey as he conducts a wet and wild symphony the Fantasia pool.

The guest rooms all open externally to ground level or second floor walkways, and as you might expect are a bit smaller than the rooms found in the Moderate and Deluxe resorts (but are still quite comfy).

Buses provide transportation to all the Disney theme parks, water parks and Downtown Disney. You may share a bus with the other All Star resorts, depending on the season. (If you visit during a busy season you may find the buses to be overly crowded. Renting a car can be a welcome alternative.)
